DMOInspire builds modern and great looking websites that rank well on search engines thanks to our experience in SEO.

We work through a bespoke process from the start to the end of your project, offering tailored website designs unique to your requirements.

All our websites are carefully designed and prototyped in Photoshop or Balsamiq Wireframes before being coded.

* We only do this process if you have selected The Bespoke, The E-Commerce or The Customiser services. We follow a different process on others.

From your project specification, the design of the website is created bespokely in Balsamiq Wireframes or Photoshop by one of our designers. We’ll work closely with you during this phase, exchanging ideas until we arrive at the final design for your website.

Factors such as your brand and target audience play a key part in developing the overall visual style of the site.

By the end of this first stage, we deliver the design of the website and all pages in PDF format to be signed off. 25% of the overall cost of the project is due at the beginning of this phase.

During this phase, the graphic elements from the final prototype are used to develop a digital version of the approved PDF design.

You will receive a testing link to view the design and a framework for the website’s operation on our staging server (To note: this is not the completed website. Some backend development will not yet be in place so not all functionality will be available).

You’ll also have access to our support system to organise meetings for updates, if needed.

25% of the overall cost of the project is due at the end of this phase.

This is the stage in which the website functionality is developed and content populated as outlined in the project specification/sitemap.

This could include articles for your blog, finalised text, images, videos, customised features and embedded content (such as Google Maps, YouTube/Vimeo videos).

For E-commerce websites, this means adding products, and set up of shipping and payment gateways*.

For website redesigns, content may be sourced from your current live website where applicable. If new content is required, this will also be developed at this stage.

25% of the overall cost of the project is due at the end of this phase.

* Special payment gateways such as Amazon Pay may take from 48 hours to 2 weeks to implement depending on their verification.

Before we launch your website, testing will be carried out in staging in order to ensure that the site is functioning properly, as well as testing for website interactive features and mobile/browser considerations.

If search engine optimisation is required in your specification, this will also be performed during this phase.

CMS/E-commerce training can be provided in advance of launch if needed, to ensure that you are able to update your website’s content with ease.

The final 25% of payment is due at the end of this phase, and the project is to go live.

Your website is built within our staging servers, which means your website is optimised to run on our servers (although the website will work with most other servers!*)

We work on your chosen hosting solution to push the website live and we will document how to operate the backend of your website.
